First, thank you Petri for helping me keep keep not living with all kinds of bugs over the years, especially palmetto. They are all dying or dead by the time I find them. All the service people that came into my home were all polite, kind, and thoughtful.Second, a most sincere thank you for sending Omar this last service. For the first time since my 1978 move to Florida, and ownership of 5 homes, a bug company service person walked me through my present home identifying exactly where they would and could enter my home, and the type of items I needed to exactly how to prevent that.Third, after a number of service calls due to drain pipe obstruction, another service man who did the one and only time in 8 years who went outside to the end of the drain for two a/c units and sucked all the debris out of the line. I still have that picture. I'm so sorry I don't remember his name.Thank you Omar, the meanwhile name I can't remember, and thank you Petri. Most of all thank you Patrick, the service man initially responsible, through his kindness, friendliness, and patience with finding the source of a major problem... Indian moths in my cat food. He started my loyalty to Petri.
