Mr. Marion and Mr. Conner were professional from the start evaluating exterior of property then without me asking put there shoe booties on upon entry of the home. They showed me and explained to me what and where the problems were coming from. Beyond polite. Definitely will be sharing Petri’s services with others. Joel Atkinson has been my technician and he is a very knowledgeable and has excellent "People" skills. He reviews what he is about to perform and if he finds anything that is out of the ordinary, he tells me and immediately corrects it. He explains all the pests that he finds around my house, and gives me a brief summary of their habits. I find him to be an excellent representative of your company and feel that he should be given any awards, promotions or recognition that you give to your best employees for their outstanding performance.
