They are ok when you call them and ask for them to come by, usually days to a week later. However, their online portal is terrible. They mark all your questions and requests as complete and never follow up. Going to look for new service when this contract ends.

Petri is consistent. I never have to worry about any kind of pest because they come regularly and on the rare case when I have an issue - whether outside or in- I simply place a call and they come to handle it promptly. I would recommend Petri to anyone looking for pest control.

We are using Petri Pestcontroll for all of our places. The company is very reliable. My favorite technician is Marion. He has a extremely wide knowledge of all the bugs there are and therefore is treating the problems where they occur. Especially if chemicals are involved you wanna make sure to not overuse it though still being effective.5 stars for Marion and 5 Stars for Petri pest control

Gerald has been our technician for years. He is very professional, thorough, and most of all very kind. We’ve had very few problems over the years. If there is a problem with bugs returning, the company comes out and takes care of it. We found out we had a crack near our sliding doors that needed caulking. The technician pointed it out. The office staff is also responsive and friendly.

Acquiring information on services provided was easy. Since we had an issue with occasional roaches, for first service we were told to have all kitchen cabinets empty. We complied. Although the serviceman was very cordial, we were surprised that he was in and out in 1/2 hour. He applied chemical in the kitchen cabinets, wiped down our lanai from spider webs, and put granules around the exterior. He left saying he’d be back in 2 weeks, and it would be better for him if cabinets were still empty. Initial estimate was $325 for 3 visits and $44 per month thereafter. But, we noticed interior areas of the house not serviced like the bathrooms or the garage. We called the office about our concerns because we signed a contract. We hope the next time is better.
